Using a digital glazing technology, Walker Zanger’s new collections of tile offer exotic looks with the durability of porcelain. The lines—Pietre di Borgogna (right), Walks and Wood Age (left)—feature tiles that mimic end-grain wood, quartzite and French limestone. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, the pieces are created using digitally controlled jets that apply miniature droplets of glaze to the tile at high definition, resulting in the impression of another material.
