BlueStar is introducing a new French Door model to its built-in refrigeration line. The BlueStar French Door refrigerator is the latest addition to a line that offers commercial styling and state-of-the-art engineering, designed and built exclusively by BlueStar in the U.S.  The new French Door model is ideal for homeowners with tighter kitchen space. 

With durable stainless steel interiors, dual compressors for enhanced food preservation and roomy interiors, the BlueStar Built-In Refrigeration line is made for serious cooking and entertaining. The refrigerator’s fully extending bottom shelf is designed to fit a full-size commercial sheet pan — as is the freezer shelf.  Since the interior is fully customizable, shelves and bins can be easily changed to fit any storage or entertaining need. When special occasions come around, the shelves are fully flexible to handle large food trays or oversized cakes.  The refrigerator also features extra-large, fully extending drawers with soft, self-close glides, making it easy to access items quickly and easily.

There is a dual compressor system – one for the fridge and another for the freezer – for optimum food preservation and advanced odor control. Two separate compressors mean the air stays chambered in the proper area so that the moist air stays in the refrigerator and doesn’t mix with the drier air of the freezer.  The result: longer lasting, fresher tasting fresh and frozen foods.

The stainless steel adds a luxurious finish and helps temperatures stay more consistent. Rugged, commercial-style construction includes an articulating hinge that enables built-in or flush mounting.  Ramp-on LED lighting, which reflects beautifully off the metal interiors, adds a clean brightness to the interior.  The intuitive OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) touch-screen offers precise temperature control plus advanced features like Max Ice.
