The slide-in gas range offers heavy-duty cast-iron grates and six versatile burners to distribute even heat for simmering, boiling, stir-frying, steaming, melting and caramelizing. These include two power burners (at 15,000 and 20,000 each), two single 18,000 Btu burners, one single 12,000 Btu burner and a dual-ring 15,000 Btu burner (650 Btu simmer). The oven temperature can be set up from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to help cook with accuracy. Oven settings include preheating, convection dehydration, defrosting, convection defrost, convection roast, convection bake, infrared broil and natural airflow bake.

The commercial-grade gas oven from Empava offers an extra-large 6-cu.-ft. cooking capacity, two removable oven racks and a tray, six adjustable rack positions and a commercial convection fan (push-button control) for uniform cooking. The slide-in gas range comes with a triple-layer tempered glass window, brilliant blue interior, two halogen oven lights (push-button control) and a brilliant LED control panel for a bold, stylish touch.
