The DCS by Fisher & Paykel Power Burner allows one to expand beyond traditional grilling and easily cook for a crowd. It combines powerful heat with precise temperature control, ranging from 70,000 to 1,300 BTU, which means one has the flexibility and control from the high heat of a rapid boil to the low heat of a gentle simmer. It is the perfect accessory for deep frying, wok cooking, and rapid boiling commonly used with clambakes or crawfish boils. Features include a beautiful cast brass burner, two illuminated dials, and grates specially designed to provide stability for pots and woks of all sizes. The DCS Power Burner is designed to accompany built-in outdoor kitchens.
The DCS Griddle expands traditional outdoor kitchen cooking options. It is ideal for searing larger quantities of meat, sautéing vegetables and even cooking breakfast. The large surface area features precise temperature control, two independent temperature zones, and even heat distribution allowing different foods to be cooked at the same time. Featuring two halo illuminated metal dials as well as power and lighting interconnectivity technology, this accessory seamlessly pairs with its accompanying DCS appliances. Designed with flexibility in mind, the Griddle can either be built-in or mounted on a freestanding cart to create the complete outdoor kitchen.
