Thermador has launched its Professional Series built-in steam and convection oven, the newest addition to the company’s steam oven line. The oven is designed to match the Thermador Professional Series line, featuring knobs and a stainless-steel exterior. The appliance’s features include a 1.4-cu.-ft. cavity size, 40 automatic programs, 10 advanced cooking modes, a 43-ounce water reservoir and a stainless-steel cavity.
