Johnson Hardware introduces wall-mount hardware — the 2610SC wall-mount door hardware and the 200WM Series track-and-roller system.

The Johnson 2610SC wall-mount door hardware is designed for the door to slide along the wall, which means it can be installed almost anywhere.  The on-trend metallic design fascia provides an extra accent to your décor.  Equipped with Johnson Soft-Close hardware, doors open and close quietly and securely.   

Designed to work with doors of any height, up to 165 pounds, and from 1 to 1 ¾ inches thick, wall-mount door hardware allows you to install virtually any type of door from an antique flea market find to a sleek modern style. It includes everything you need and can be installed by one person. It features an architectural grade aluminum track, heavy-duty 1125 ball-bearing hangers and two different door guide options. It is a fit for single door openings up to 96 inches wide and double door openings up to 192 inches wide.

The 200WM Series from Johnson Hardware has a track-and-roller system that attaches directly to the wall, resulting in quick installation and easy operation. This is an ideal solution for walls constructed of brick or concrete block or for wood-framed walls that contain pipes or wiring that would make it difficult and costly to install traditional pocket doors. 

Unlike a standard hinged door that requires up to 14 square feet of floor space to swing open, a door mounted with the Series 200WM hardware takes up little more space than the thickness of the door. And because the door slides open, a table, chair, desk or other furniture piece can be placed beside the doorway without interfering with the door’s operation. 

The heavy-duty 200WM wall mount hardware system is rated for commercial and residential use and can support doors weighing up to 400 pounds. It can be used with doors of any height and virtually any thickness from 1 1/8 to 1 ¾ inches. The 200WM will accommodate single door openings to 96 inches wide and converging door openings to 192 inches wide. 

The 200WM Series wall mount hardware system includes: 

• Thick-walled, extruded aluminum I-beam track, which is available in: 48, 60, 72, 96, 120, 144 and 192 inches for accommodating doors measuring up to 96 inches wide.

• Heavy-duty extruded aluminum mounting brackets that can be positioned along the I-beam track for secure fastening to wall studs, blocking or other solid support. Systems include enough brackets for 16 inches on center fastening to wall.

• Two four-wheeled hangers that fit onto the aluminum I-beam track. Each commercially rated hanger has four 1-in.-diameter ball-bearing nylon wheels that provide smooth operation. The hangers are height adjustable for alignment, and the removable hanger plates allow for easy door installation and removal.

• Two different door guides, allowing for maximum installation flexibility.
