Nest Studio introduces the Organic collection, which utilizes the lost wax casting or investment casting manufacturing method, a type of production generally reserved for fine jewelry or sculpture. Lost wax casting allows Nest Studio to offer the undercut shapes of the collection, which would otherwise not be possible except through hand carving or 3D printing. To create the Organic collection of knobs and pulls, Nest sourced artisans in India who specialize in this manufacturing method.
