Sonneman—A Way of Light introduces Proton, a modern and sophisticated LED lighting system composed of thin nickel-based rods adorned with elegant glass bulbs on each end, configured in geometric triangular patterns. The Proton pendants are available in two styles — Alpha and Beta. Proton Alpha is a bottom-weighted tripod, whereas Proton Beta is its larger, double pyramid counterpart. For further customization, each style is offered in polished black nickel or satin nickel finish with smoke glass or white crushed glass.  

This delicately scaled but inherently strong connection of rigid triangular forms describes the achievement of structural volume from minimal elements. Named for a subatomic particle and building block of energy, Proton radiates its powerful LED illumination from pristine glass luminaires that terminate each intersecting rod. These amazingly scaled fixtures could only be achieved through the superior engineering and technology that Sonneman–A Way of Light is known for.
