De Castelli Metal Surfaces

October 17, 2022

Oxidations, inlays, engravings, erosions on metals, De Castelli metal surfaces introduce a decorative dimension that enhances the nature of the material.

Metal as a surface provides a second skin to the architecture, giving rise to a wide range of shapes, patterns, tactile effects and deep colors. The wall and floor coverings by De Castelli are distinguished by their high quality of construction and contribution of high craftsmanship techniques that make them unique on the international scene.

New designs include:

Copycat – design Cino Zucchi
The combination of design, technology and experimentation has made possible the creation of Copycat, an elegant hexagonal tile mosaic with variable thickness. The brass, copper and stainless steel tiles are pre-assembled on fiberglass mesh to form a module that facilitates wall or floor installations.

Yoko – design Leonardo Sonnoli
The graphic language of Leonardo Sonnoli creates a game of inlaid surfaces. Yoko is a system of modules in Depeep stainless steel with brass or brushed copper inserts, which welcomes randomness as a method for creating unique and original compositions.

Circle Wall – R&D De Castelli
Circle Wall is a coating system that plays with the warm shades of brass declined in its most precious finishes. The satin, oxidized and brushed metal is arranged in an uninterrupted sequence of variations to create a rich color palette that fades from gold to bronze, from burnt brown to dark brown. The modular decorative wall cladding is realized through the overlapping of round modules, already pre-assembled on brackets for wall mounting.
