Now available in a compact 28-in. size, XO’s Countertop Wood-Fired Pizza Oven is a fit for most outdoor kitchen spaces. It does much more than bake great pizza — it is capable of cooking just about anything, from stone-baked bread to sizzling meat, tender seafood, slow-cooked and smoky casseroles and even beautifully moist cakes and dessert.

Available at AjMadison, the pizza oven has a refractory ceramic floor, built-In thermometer and domed hood. Made in Italy of stainless steel, it also features a stainless-steel door and stack damper.
