Case Design/Remodeling, Inc. to Open DC Design Studio in September

August 24, 2016

Case Design/Remodeling, Inc., the region’s largest and most established design-build firm providing high quality services to Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC homeowners for 55 years, is opening a DC Design Studio at 1327 14th Street NW, Washington, DC 20005 to offer a convenient location for District residents and to complement its existing locations in Bethesda, MD and Falls Church, VA. Situated within the fast growing 14th Street NW design district, the new 3,300-square-foot showroom will offer locals a one-stop shop with a short walk or commute to peruse the latest interior and exterior products and finishes, talk to the Case team about all types of renovations and updates including kitchens, baths, additions and general improvements, and schedule an appointment with a Case expert to bring projects to life via Computer-Aided Design.

Founded in 1961 by Fred Case, who laid a foundation of quality work and customer satisfaction, the full-service remodeling firm remains a family business led by President and CEO Bruce Case and supported by the area’s top project developers, architects, interiors specialists, project managers, craftsmen, and estimators who ensure the most thoughtful solutions, craftsmanship and value in town. The opening of the DC Design Studio is a natural progression to make its services more accessible to District residents. Staying and sourcing locally continues to be a major component of Case’s ecosystem, which brings a team with diverse talents and perspectives together to focus on turning dreams into reality for homeowners through mutual respect and quality work.

“Our beacon is excellence,” says Bruce Case. “And making our services more convenient for the region’s homeowners is also a top priority. While we have always provided remodeling services to Washington, DC residents, this new District location offers the added value of a physical neighborhood showroom to meet and discuss all remodeling needs.”

Case is planning a three-day Distinctly District Celebration for the new DC Design Studio starting with an invite-only event on Thursday, September 15 with music by Con Brio! featuring flutist Shaughn Dowd, local food, brews and drinks including a signature Case Distinctly District cocktail, photo booth, and more. On Friday, September 16, the Case team and alliance partners will get together for an informal gathering in the new showroom, while on Saturday, September 17, Case will hold two Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Seminars in the new DC Design Studio, as well as similar seminars at the Bethesda, MD location and at the Mosaic Tile Showroom in Alexandria, VA. Go to www.casedesign.com/seminars-events for online registration for all seminars.

In addition, during the Thursday night event, guests will have a chance to win tickets to the DC Design House, the annual nonprofit showhouse benefiting Children’s National. Case and FRED Home Improvement, a Division of Case, have been supporters of the DC Design House for six years. This year Case is designing The Chic Laundry Room, while FRED is donating its team’s services to get the house ready for the October 1 opening.
