Four New Vendors Approved by Luxury Product Group

November 16, 2018

There has been a continual stream of special announcements and innovative new programs from Luxury Products Group throughout 2018. Now midway into the fourth quarter, LPG reports their approval of four new vendors that will offer members an opportunity to further grow sales and attract their target customers.

LPG is made up of more than 250 member showrooms throughout North America that offer premier luxury bath and kitchen products, hardware, lighting and appliances.

“I have never been more excited for the membership,” said LPG director Jeff MacDowell. “We are continuing to bring world-class vendor partners into the group, and our members are using these products to help create the experiential shopping experience today’s consumers demand. We are growing rapidly as a group, and offering programs that no other buying group has.”

Here is a look inside the group’s four newest vendors:

Beyerle — This German-based hardware company was founded in 1995 and excels in engineering, quality and craftsmanship. Their offerings include barn door hardware, shower door hardware, base bottom roller systems and pull handles in traditional, transitional and modern styles.

For all LPG members, Beyerle offers a Kick-Off Special. Showrooms can take an additional 10 percent on all runway barn door hardware kits stocked in Atlanta during the month of November for increased profits far and above the already great LPG discount.

Infinity Drain (image shown above) Dedicated to manufacturing in the U.S., Infinity Drain prides itself on really understanding what the domestic plumbing market needs and ensuring a smooth installation for contractors. They produce a broad selection of drain choices, including architectural and decorative linear drains, center drains, drains for outdoor applications, and commercial drains.  A growing part of their business is custom fabrication for commercial projects.

“We are so driven to be a true partner to our customers,” said Barbara Kratus, sales and marketing director for Infinity Drain. “We want it to be easy for them to do business with us. And we’re constantly looking for ways to innovate and heighten our products, catalog and training. Educating showrooms, counter salespeople and contractors with training is huge when selling drains — especially linear drains. It’s important that we offer customers one-on-one support so they are comfortable selling our systems. Part of that is our robust CEU program that we work with wholesalers to host.”

James Martin Signature Vanities — LPG members will enjoy including James Martin’s comprehensive collection of luxury vanities and tops in their showrooms. They offer a unique lineup of some 3,500 different combinations of vanity cabinets and stone tops. James Martin is one of the fastest-growing vanity producers for the U.S. design community and really emphasize building partner networks.

“Luxury Products Group has a terrific history of offering very fine manufacturers to its exceptional member base,” said president Heath Malone. “We believe that this partnership will not only allow James Martin to grow along with LPG but it also ensures that our products are well represented in the marketplace as the members of LPG are among the best in the industry.”

Modern Flames — As LPG members expand into new product categories and accessories to draw clients’ interest, the electric fireplaces made by Modern Flames are a natural fit. Modern Flames is an innovator in modern, contemporary electric fireplace design and technology, having launched in the U.S. in 2008. The product is a favorite of architects, designers, builders and homeowners because of its realistic look, affordable cost and ease of installation.

“LPG is an ideal fit for us,” said Modern Flames general manager Tom Foy. “Our products are a natural fit with LPG showrooms’ niche and are very easy to sell because of their many benefits. No piping or ventilation is needed for installation, which makes it easier to install and also allows more options to choose from for their locations. They also don’t put out heat, so there is no worry about having a TV mounted above them, a toddler burning themselves touching the glass, or even needing to open the windows to cool off. Lots of homeowners are choosing our models as the primary fireplace in their homes.”

To help educate LPG showrooms on their product, Modern Flames has a local sales force that regularly puts on training sessions. They also offer LPG members an aggressive display allowance, and their updated catalog and literature makes it easy for showrooms and their clients to identify features, style and sizing of each product.
