SieMatic Selected for Miami Luxury Condo Development

August 10, 2023

SieMatic was selected to furnish all 54 kitchens in the Miami luxury tower at 7918 West Drive in the city’s North Bay Village. The new 21-story tower designed by world-renowned architect Juan Azulay is a project by developer Pacific & Orient Properties LLC and marks the first groundbreaking in North Bay Village in 10 years.

Currently under construction, the tower’s one-of-a-kind corner-unit residences, including four penthouses, blend the simplicity of Japanese living with today’s most advanced technology. Starting at $2.2 million, each apartment is expressly designed to experience its own unique spectacle of shadow and light. And each enjoys breathtaking panoramic views of Miami’s Biscayne Bay.

“We selected only the most exclusive, highest quality products available in the marketplace. Since SieMatic symbolizes luxury and the finest European technology and engineering, it was a natural partnership,” Pacific & Orient Properties LLC CEO and managing director Thye Seng Chan said. “SieMatic is well known for its multi-unit project division, which is dedicated to ensuring the close attention to detail such a world-class project demands.”

SieMatic has previously been featured in luxury residential projects around the world—from Baccarat at 20 West 53rd Street in New York City to The Lumina in San Francisco.

“We are excited to be a part of this exclusive project that’s sure to spark a revitalization for North Bay Village,” said Hans Henkes, president and CEO for SieMatic USA. “It’s an honor to be highly regarded by such prestigious developers and architects such as Mr. Chan and Mr. Azulay, which speaks to our superior quality standards and leadership in the premier kitchen industry.”

Each open-plan kitchen will feature a custom SieMatic design from the Pure collection in sterling grey, presenting stylish luxury in which the perfection is in the details. All cabinets feature laser-edging on door fronts to protect them from the South Florida humidity and MultiMatic tracking systems for stylish storage that makes life easier. Moreover, the cabinets boast maritime-inspired anti-slide drawer inserts, called GripDeck so cookware stays secure. To further emphasize the clean, Zen-like style that flows through the entire tower, SieMatic tailored the design of a custom hanging shelf just for the project.

“Builders, developers and homeowners looking for ‘something more,’ know they can come to SieMatic for original designs and elements offered by no one else,” said Henkes.

In addition to SieMatic kitchen cabinetry, the tower will feature amenities, such as facial recognition elevators, outdoor kitchens, Miele appliances, surfaces from Cosentino and Dekton, a swimming pool, fitness center, elevated garden, club room, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, 15,224 feet of common areas, 148 parking spaces and 16 storage units. The residential tower is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2025.
