TileBar Opens Flagship Showroom in NYC

Fast-growing e-commerce tile brand TileBar has opened a flagship showroom in the heart of the New York City’s Flatiron District.
In 2005, TileBar launched its online tile shopping site with a customer-centric business model. The company’s approach of going “Beyond the Bar” with fast-paced service and familial warmth spurred its growth. Today, TileBar’s flagship showroom is a continuation of the company’s vision to delight every customer.
“We wanted to bring the energy and service level of our website to a brick and mortar location, so we can offer our customers a place to come together, talk tile and collaborate,” said Eli Mechlovitz, CEO. “We are a data-driven, modern tile company, and we created a showroom where form and modern functionality really come together.”
The 9,500-sq.-ft space located at 45 West 21st Street is designed to be a celebration of the arts and quality craftsmanship bringing to life TileBar’s motto “Tile is Art.” The showroom utilizes modern design tech with shoppable digital catalogs and adjustable lighting to showcase tiles in varying light temperatures. TileBar‘s curated product line features the latest in tile trends and award-winning collaborations with Vanessa Deleon, Stacy Garcia and international fashion house Versace.
