Victoria + Albert Moves US Headquarters

July 25, 2017

Victoria + Albert has recently moved its warehouse and offices to new facilities that will make its operations more efficient and allow room for growth. The new headquarters is indicative of the ongoing support and investment that the brand is providing to its valued partners across the United States.

“The expansion of our warehouse facility is critical to the broader business strategy of expanding the Victoria + Albert brand from a world-class supplier of freestanding bathtubs to becoming a complete bathroom solution,” said Eric Phelps, president of sales, North America for Victoria + Albert Baths. “The larger facility will allow us to maintain our same commitment to inventory across our bathtub, basin, vanity and faucet product offerings that has been a key competitive advantage for our business.”

The brand new, larger warehousing in Ladson, South Carolina, has prime transport links with access to the I-26 highway. With 52,000 square feet, the new warehouse holds approximately five months of stock at any time. The continued investment in high levels of inventory enables Victoria + Albert Baths to turn orders around in a matter of days – 48 hours to be exact. The warehouse holds inventory for the United States and will handle shipment to South America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

“Our new 52,000-sq.-ft. facility is ideally suited for the operational needs of the business,” said Tara Charbonneau, North American operations manager for Victoria + Albert Baths. “The capability to dedicate work areas for our vanity offering, painted baths and display modules will allow us to continue to provide world class service and exceptional turnaround times for all products.”

Future plans include the installation of a specification showroom in the new offices, creating an ideal space to view a wide range of their products and will also act as a training facility for agents and showroom staff.
