BlueStar introduces a newly refined design for its flagship line of gas ranges and rangetops, the Nova Series. The new design, available now, features all stainless-steel knobs and enhanced sleek lines, including a seamless kick panel.

The line features wok-ready open burners with up to 22,000 BTUs of intense, even heat, and a gentle simmer burner maintains a low 130-degree temperature. The BTUs vary by burner but are customizable. Home chefs can select ranges and rangetops with any configuration of burners and chose other restaurant-style surfaces such as built-in griddles, charbroilers and chef-preferred French Tops. The ranges feature extra-large convection ovens that fit a full-size commercial baking sheet and also boast an 1850-degree infrared broiler. Nova Series ranges and rangetops are available in sizes from 24 to 60 inches.

The BlueStar Nova Series offers customization options like the brand’s 750 colors and finishes and 10 metal trim finishes, as well as optional swing doors and different backguard heights. To customize a Nova Series range, designers can use the online, interactive Build Your Own BlueStar tool.
