Expanding the line to four size offerings, this launch reaffirms the brand’s commitment to innovation and culinary excellence, providing customers with unparalleled options for creating exceptional meals in their kitchens regardless of the size.

The expanded line offers more access to BlueStar’s exclusive X-8 star-shaped sealed burner that provides unmatched versatility and control on every burner — featuring four burners on the 30” option and an impressive 10 burners on the 60” option. The X-8 allows for every burner to move between a searing 25,00 BTUs and a 500 BTU warm, and many levels in between. The oversized True Convection electric oven complements the burner’s capabilities, ensuring even and consistent multi-rack cooking. Both ranges effortlessly accommodate commercial-size 18″ x 26″ baking sheets, with the 60” range featuring two full-size ovens.

The new 30” and 60” Dual Fuel Ranges feature all of the award-winning features of the Dual Fuel Series. This includes eight oven settings (Bake, Convect Bake, Roast, Convect Roast, Convect, Broil, Proof, and Dehydrate modes) plus Sabbath, Cleaning, a temperature probe, as well as 90-minute express clean cycle and ContinuClean technology, and the new intuitive 7” ergonomic touchscreen with Quick Start™ cooking. Like all BlueStar appliances, the new 30” and 60” Dual Fuel ranges offer unlimited options for customization, including more than 1,000+ colors, custom color match capabilities, and 10 metal trim options.
