Viking Range LLC, a leader in kitchen technology, has announced the release of its Convection DrawerMicro. The addition provides an all-in-one oven that can serve as a secondary or even primary oven for most meals in a convenient undercounter space. The oven offers flexible placement options below the counter in an island, peninsula or standard cabinetry. Built-in airflow control allows flush-mounting with no kit required.

The Convection DrawerMicro’s AutoStart feature allows you to preselect a time for the oven to start cooking. With multi-sequence programming, the oven is able to accept up to four automatic cooking sequences. And with one touch of a button, an additional 30 seconds of cooking time will be added to your meal. The oven has a beverage re-heat feature that can warm coffee and tea to a suitable drinking temperature. The melt/soften/warm settings automatically select the correct time and power for each function. You can prevent unwanted use with the child safety lock. 

Cook even faster with the removable multi-level cooking racks — there are three included accessories – top rack, bottom rack and cook/drip tray. This new Viking Range oven offers air fry, toast and warm cooking modes. The dual convection fans allow for baking, roasting and grilling.
