USAI Lighting Launches the Collaboratory in Soho
May 28, 2015
USAI Lighting has opened the USAI Lighting Collaboratory, a 3,200-sq.-ft. pop-up space in the heart of New York’s Soho district, where visitors can experience the newest developments and capabilities of LEDs. At the Collaboratory, attendees will learn how lighting today’s interiors has evolved into a sophisticated science as well as an art form that impacts human performance and well-being. This “adult science museum” incorporates interactive displays that allow each guest to explore the infinite possibilities of Personalized Lighting. Open throughout 2015, the USAI Lighting Collaboratory will also serve as an event space with USAI hosting CEU courses, panel discussions and other programming for the architecture and design community and the public.
