California Faucets Names Corporate Controller and New Customer Service Manager

California Faucets, manufacturer of custom faucets, trim and accessories, has appointed Paulette Gibson to the newly-created position of corporate controller at its Huntington Beach, California headquarters. In addition, Stephany Nguyen has been promoted to customer service manager—a testament to her many contributions to California Faucets’ award-winning customer service team. The appointments are a result of California Faucets’ significant growth in recent years.
“Our rapid growth has necessitated a more robust approach to financial management,” said Jeff Silverstein, president and CEO of California Faucets. “Adding Paulette as our new corporate controller reflects our commitment to building a great company—and that starts with continuing to build the right team.” Gibson earned the position based on her strong background in corporate finance, including a deep understanding of the needs of a fast growing, family-owned manufacturing company.
“California Faucets believes in developing talent and promoting from within whenever possible, and Stephany is a perfect example,” said Silverstein. The company was honored last year with DPHA’s 2014 “Best Customer Service” Award.
