Salone Del Mobile, EuroCucina, Postponed
February 26, 2020
Salone, the world’s largest furniture fair, and its companion EuroCucina European kitchen expo, have been rescheduled to June, due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Italy, in particular the Lombardy region, of which Milan is the capital, has been hit with a spike in cases of the coronavirus. Italy has the largest number of confirmed cases — nearly 300 — of the disease after China, where it originated in December, and South Korea.
The Salone trade show is now slated for June 16 to 21 at Milan’s Rho Fairgrounds. It had been scheduled for April 21-26.
