We recently spoke with David Trubridge, founder of David Trubridge Lighting in Hastings, New Zealand. He shared his thoughts about some of the compelling concepts in lighting, from both aesthetic and functional perspectives in our latest From the Tap podcast.

The conversation starts by exploring about what drew Trubridge to his chosen field. From his childhood interest in geometry through his experience as a Jamaica-based furniture designer to a teacher in Australia, he traces his development as an artist.
