Rev-A-Shelf Acquires Top Drawer Components

April 21, 2021

Rev-A-Shelf Company LLC, announced it has reached an agreement in principle to purchase Top Drawer Components of Apache Junction, Arizona. Rev-A-Shelf will continue and expand all manufacturing for Top Drawer out of the Apache Junction facility, where it will become a subsidiary of Rev-A-Shelf and service an expanded customer base. Top Drawer Components is a leading manufacturer of wood drawer boxes and accessories in the Southwestern United States. Rev-A-Shelf will retain all current staff and management going forward. Both sides expect the acquisition to be completed by the end of April 2021.

“We are very excited about the acquisition of such a well-respected company with a culture of quality that matches our own,” said David Noe, general manager and vice president of Rev-A-Shelf. “Top Drawer will allow us to grow into a closely related market with wood drawer box and accessories both regionally and nationally. We wanted the capability to produce Made in America wood accessories that will grow Top Drawers’ current model and supplement the needs of our core Rev-A-Shelf customers as well. It is the perfect platform to establish our domestic wood product production.”

Brian Emerson, owner of Top Drawer, added, “I am very pleased to find the right partner to acquire and grow my business. I know that Top Drawer has the potential to really expand with the resources that Rev-A-Shelf will add. I look forward to working with them and expanding on a solid foundation we have established. Our existing customers will see expanded capabilities, and through strategic investment, we will be able to grow our footprint and enter new markets. This is a very positive step forward for Top Drawer.”
