Canyon Creek Appoints New Customer Care Director

Canyon Creek Cabinet Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Cara Biden as its new customer care director. In her new role, Biden will develop and manage the company’s customer service operations and track performance measures for the department. She will also mentor and develop the team and empower associates to engage customers, increase performance, reduce waste and build revenue.
“We’re pleased to have such an experienced professional join Canyon Creek,” said Mark Kovich, executive vice president for Canyon Creek. “Cara has extensive knowledge in building and maintaining customer relationships, which will make her an important asset for our customers, sales reps and the organization.”
Biden’s career has spanned more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in customer service, order management, technical support and CRM system development for small to large service-related companies. She has expertise in leading customer-facing teams to set accurate expectations for both internal and external customers, while providing a “lead by example” ethic in making improvements to the service model.
