Air Sous Vide mode is now offered on all french door wall ovens and induction professional ranges. Sous vide cooking offers precise temperature control, ensuring consistent results and retaining food moisture. It enhances flavors, allows for convenient meal preparation, and reduces the risk of overcooking.
