48-Inch Dual Fuel Ranges from Hestan boast searing culinary power with a sealed burner system. The system delivers temperature control for up to 30,000 BTUs via the patent-pending CircuFlame center power burner, while the remaining burners boast 23,000 BTUs with a simmer as low as 500 BTUs. The new stainless steel dual zone infrared gas griddle (also available in 12-in.  wide single zone griddle) features superior heating, with two burners and two separate temperature controls to allow for independent cooking zones. The high-performance large oven features up to nine oven modes, and the MarquiseDisplay offers a chef-friendly digital display – conveniently inset right in the oven handles.
