KitchenAid 4-Element Induction Slide-In Convection Range

The new KitchenAid 6.4-cu.-ft. 30-in. 4-Element Induction Slide-In Convection Range combines the precision of induction with the power of air frying. Sensor-induction cooktop generates heat directly within cookware, and the oven features Even-Heat True Convection plus air fry mode, with an included dishwasher-safe air fry basket that aids in crisping and browning.

Features include Air Fry Mode in which heating elements and a fan circulate hot air around the included air fry basket, crisping and browning food with less oil (when compared to deep frying). The dishwasher-safe Air Fry basket allows air to flow around food.

Even-Heat True Convection provides consistent temperatures, the EasyConvect Conversion System changes temperatures to convection value, and the Steam Bake setting gently cooks by adding moisture. The Steam Rack holds water and provides moisture inside the oven.

This slide-in range has glass touch controls for an intuitive, touch screen experience, and the SatinGlide Roll-Out Extension Rack pulls out smoothly and easily. The Side Trim Accessory Kit (sold separately) is available in black, white and stainless fills gaps between the countertop and range for a built-in look. It can also be used to cover unfinished edges on older range models to refresh their look. The storage drawer is perfect for pots, pans and baking sheets.

The Sensor Induction Technology heats quickly and cools rapidly, while the four induction elements with a bridge zone expand the cooking area. Induction technology requires induction-compatible cookware, such as multi-ply stainless steel, enameled steel or cast iron. Aqualift Self-Cleaning Technology cleans the oven using water. This new KitchenAid oven is also ADA compliant.
