Cascade Distribution Group TFL Woodgrains

October 26, 2022

Cascade Distribution Group now offers Arauco Prism and Stevenswood textured TFL (thermally-fused laminate) edgebanded five-piece Shaker and slab doors through its Allmoxy ordering system.

Demand for two-toned, split-scheme kitchen cabinets by interior designers and architects is on the rise. This common kitchen design trend is typically expressed with solid color and wood grain cabinets combined. Cascade Distribution Group, the manufacturer of Mirlux Premium Panel products, began offering custom-made solid color high gloss and super matte Mirlux doors through Allmoxy in 2021. Adding textured TFL woodgrains allows cabinet makers to get all of their same profile, high-quality doors from one reliable vendor. Allmoxy is a self-serve platform that connects cabinet shops, dealers, component manufacturers, and suppliers.

Arauco Prism

Arauco Prism TFL is an extensive line of thermally fused laminate designs. Cascade Distribution group offers seven of the brand’s most popular woodgrain designs in two featured textures. Boreal has a realistic tactile, striated, deep, rich woodgrain texture. Velvet is warm and super smooth. Prism TFL substrates are made from wood-fiber sourced from certified, recycled, recovered and/or controlled sources. Specified options for critical projects include UL-classified fire-rated particleboard, moisture-resistant panels and ultra-low emitting (ULEF) substrates.

Stevenswood

Enjoy the feel and look of 12 luxuriously affordable and durable wood alternatives in a range of light to dark patterns in distinct textures offered by Stevenswood. Artika features a bold, modern texture paired with a variegated linear grain. Legno’s true-realistic wood patterns and texture-matched grains are the solutions when you need a natural look mixed with a durable wood alternative. Stevenswood uses 100% recycled and recovered core materials. GRN+ no-added urea formaldehyde is available.

Mirlux, Arauco Prism TFL and Stevenswood panels comply with TSCA Title VI/CARB-2 and meet relevant green building standards including LEED, Green Globes, IgCC and the CALGreen Codes.
