CEA Design Ceiling Fan

April 10, 2020

After years of research in the field of alternative energies, CEA Design introduces the Ariachiara ceiling fan designed by Natalino Malasorti. Adjuvants of cooling and heating systems, the blades act as a tool to improve the quality of the air inside the rooms for natural well-being, and the fan offers reduced consumption, high performance and flexibility of application.

With a diameter of 2100 mm and the ability to operate at five speeds adjustable by means of the supplied remote control, Ariachiara is made of AISI 316L stainless steel, while the three long blades are made of carbon fiber covered with essence of oak wood, American walnut in natural finish and matte white or matte black lacquer. The ceiling-anchoring element contains the control unit, the motor and all the technological elements, and is available in satin and polished finishes. The fan can be used in a clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation.

Araichiara combines multiple layers of air stratification with air sanitation, lighting and music. Purifying the air through an ionization and ozonation system means eliminating bacteria, allergens, carbon monoxide and odors from the environment, thus purifying the air you breathe and improving the sense of well-being. Araichiara was created to provide diffused light emitted by an LED system at 4000 degrees Kelvin (natural daylight), which can be combined with music, always with a background function, designed to accompany every moment of relaxation. The light and audio system in Bluetooth mode are included in the ceiling light. The product range also includes lighting fixtures, with sound system and sanitization included, to be added to the fan to complete the luminous setting of the rooms.

Ariachiara is available in the standard satin and polished finish and in all CEA‘s special finishes (black diamond, bronze, copper and light gold) guaranteeing an ecological and biocompatible solution. The fan was one of the winners of the Archiproducts Design Awards 2019 in the System, Components and Materials category.
