Designed by Benni Amadi and Courtney Springer of San Francisco-based Benni Amadi Interiors, this powder room was designed with a dramatic and bold color palette.
The faucet and sink are from Kohler’s Purist line, which was chosen because of the modern low profile, as well as the texture and warmth from the marble.
“It’s hard to choose a favorite overall element in the design, but the wallpaper is definitely a top contender,” said Amadi. “The colors and patterns are amazing and definitely set the tone for our design and color selections throughout the room.”
Designer Molie Malone of Sausalito-based Molie Malone Design outfitted this guest bath with Grecian urn wallpaper to echo the home’s architectural lines.
The combined use of oversized, separate vanities and reflective materials helps give the room a feeling of expansiveness.
Steel-like porcelain tiles, a high-gloss ceiling and a glass-enclosed shower allow light and reflection to fill the room.
“Our favorite part was a last–minute decision to add a billowing, single swag drape as a luxurious window treatment,” said Malone.
