This airy and light-filled master bath was once closed off because of a divisive wall. Designer Glenna Stone of Philadelphia.-based Glenna Stone Interior Design worked to combine two rooms into this spacious room.
After removing the wall, Stone still wanted to create some separation between the spaces while leaving the bath open. This column and half wall between the vanity and master bath were the ideal solutions.
Calacatta marble in the niches adds a touch of pizzazz to the bath’s white palette.
Instead of adding more walls to incorporate a linen closet, Stone designed a soft gray cabinet that blends with the rest of the design.
The fabric in the overhead light fixture connects with the fabric in the chair and brings softness to the room.
