“Whether you’re out shopping for the day, a first-time homebuyer or building the last place you’ll ever live, the experience at Pirch should be the same,” said Arturo Vazquez, Pirch’s vice president of store design and development. “Our primary focus is on the human interaction.”
The top floor houses a special bathroom space all decked out for guests to experience the space after hours in private.
Exclusive to the SoHo location is the Pirch x Bertazzoni Azzurro blue range.
The top floor is home to the Connected Loft, a fully connected space that also features Innit’s smart kitchen platform.
The staircase from the main floor into the bathroom Sanctuary was designed to make visitors feel like they were walking down into a spa.
Sanctuary on the bottom floor is where visitors can immerse themselves in the whole bath experience.
Pictured is a meeting space where employees and customers can collaborate on the ground level of the store. There are also six dream rooms tucked away throughout the showroom for one-on-one consultations.
A variety of fixtures is available for the bathroom from such brands as Apaiser, Duravit, DXV by American Standard, Gessi, Kohler, Rohl and Graff.
Pirch’s “Live Joyfully” boutique offers an array of unique gifts from around the world.
Siematic is one of about 30 kitchen brands featured in vignettes throughout the showroom.
Because of the lack of vertical access in the former space, the team installed two staircases on different ends of the showroom, as well as a freight elevator.
