Hunter Douglas connects legacy shading products and smart technology with PowerView Motorization to provide light filtering, exterior view, room darkening and privacy features from its portfolio of more than 20 customizable styles, including roller shades, Duette Honeycomb shades, Vignette modern roman shades, Luminette privacy sheers, Design Studio drapery and shutters.

With PowerView Motorization, homeowners can add automation movement to window treatments throughout the home. When made smart, Hunter Douglas shades, blinds and more are compatible with a wide range of control devices, including the Hunter Douglas PowerView App and Pebble remote, voice control with Amazon Alexa, the Google Assistant and Siri, as well as professionally installed and do-it-yourself smart home systems including Apple HomeKit, Control4, Crestron, Elan, IFTTT, Logitech Harmony Home, Universal Remote Control, RTI and Savant.

When automated, Hunter Douglas window treatments enhance smart security, comfort, energy savings and convenience features, whether within smart home scenes or independently. Automated shades can help make a house look occupied or provide privacy once it gets dark. Homeowners can use the PowerView App to operate shades independently on command or group their Hunter Douglas window treatments and create schedules based on time of day, or sunrise and sunset.
