Stay Ahead With NKBA-Approved Webinar for Designers

Push your business into high gear with “Staying in Front of Your Customers,” a marketing-focused educational webinar by Interline Creative Group. Presented on May 10 and May 24, 2010 at 10 am (CST), each webinar is divided into two parts. The first part will help attendees discover the value-add of what to put in front of customers, and the second will explore the actual tactics to utilize.

“It is important for designers to understand that ‘what’ you put in front of customers is perhaps more important than the act of putting something in front of them,” said Jim Nowakowski, president of Interline Creative Group.

The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), which is co-sponsoring the webinar with Interline, has officially approved the webinar as part of its continuing education program. NKBA members may earn 0.1 CEU credit and 1 Educational Hour for participating.

Nowakowski, who presented this topic at the 2010 K/BIS show in Chicago, noted that attendees wanted to understand how to deploy real-life marketing tactics to boost their business, especially during this challenging economy. “We have proven strategies for improving business,” he said. “Designers naturally prefer to design for their clients than to market themselves, yet it is imperative to spend time building their client base so their design business can succeed.”
